Journal that is changing my life: The Five Minute Journal
I started filling out this Journal at the start of the new year. I was committed to trying to do it every day and every night. The idea of course is to spend just 5 minutes to fill out the questions before you go to sleep and when you first wake up in the morning. Check it out HERE.
