The Leadership and Implementation Workshop offers schools and district leadership teams a unique opportunity to roll up their sleeves and dive into the work of expanding and strengthening their Restorative Practices efforts. This all-day workshop provides dedicated time for teams to collaborate, plan, and receive personalized coaching from the AHCC team. Plus, you’ll connect with other districts who are navigating the same journey.
Throughout the day, participants will:
-
Engage in hands-on work: Make real progress on your Restorative Practices implementation plans during focused team sessions. Schools and districts often lack time for deep collaboration—this workshop gives you that dedicated space!
-
Receive personalized coaching: Get expert guidance and tailored support from the AHCC team, designed to help you overcome the unique challenges you’re facing in your implementation.
-
Network and collaborate: Connect with fellow leaders from other districts, share insights, and build a network of support for long-term success.
-
Hear success stories: Learn from districts that are successfully integrating Restorative Practices. Hear firsthand about their strategies, challenges, and the impact it’s had on their communities.
This workshop is ideal for leadership teams dedicated to building a restorative school culture but in need of focused time, expert guidance, and community support. Ready to elevate your Restorative Practices implementation? We’ll provide the tools, inspiration, and connections to help you succeed.
