The Cayenne Pepper that is challenging my badass-y-ness

Thanks to some of my very favorite coaches and humans in Iowa, I recently took part in a “cold water challenge” where we all committed to taking cold showers every day for 2 weeks to see what kind of health benefits we noticed (please do not try this without consulting with your doctor first).  Thanks to Mindy Collins (a proven badass) we were introduced to this concept and the potential benefits it may bring.  Mindy shared this TED Talk which explains this all in more depth so you can decide if this is right for you.

It turns out that although I was up to a 5 min stomach-down shower, it wasn’t right for me.  LOL.  However, we are now on to the HOT challenge to see if that’s a better fit!  One capsule.  Once a day.  Two weeks straight.  Game on.  We’ll see if any of THIS happens.
