I think this article gets a lot of love at the start of a school year and I always understand why. It’s perfect and fantastic. We, as adults, must choose every day who we will be when we show up at school and what decisions will best support our students. These choices are 100% ours to make. I hope that as you start this school year, you can use purpose and intention to choose to be a marigold. Whether it’s your first year or your last year of teaching, the choice is yours.
