A new Habit Forming Tool that’s giving me hope!
The Habit Nest Daily Planner

I can help schools, districts, regions, and states create systems to be more effective and efficient with supporting all students and families in schools.  However, when it comes to my own life, creating systems that are effective for me has been a lifelong challenge I am continuing to fail at!  LOL

This planner is one tool that is helping me the most (by which I mean, more than before but not perfectly yet).  I am sticking with it though as it’s better than anything else I’ve used up until now!

What I am loving about it:

  • There are no dates at the top of the pages.  So, if I fail at using it for a few days, I am not wasting an entire notebook!  I just pick it back up and start where I am!
  • Each page is broken down into sections including: Today’s Top Priorities, 5-min Tasks to Finish Today, Today’s Tasks, etc.
  • Each page also gets you thinking about your body, your mind, and your heart (which I, of course, love!)
  • There is a monthly habit tracker that gives you a really nice visual, and mostly, I just know that all of my ultimate “to-do’s” are in the same place.
  • It is SIMPLE, yet does what I need it to do.  This planner is perfect for those of us who want to be organized, and not get too overwhelmed in the process.

I’m a work in progress.  Yes, I am 42 and still figuring out new and different ways to organize this beautiful, wild, messy, creative, excited, loving, chaotic brain of mine.  I have to let her run wild so that I can do the work I love, but it sure would be helpful if I could add some method to the madness 🙂  Check it out and tell me what you think.  I really am liking it 🙂
